Canada is expected to lift the vaccine and force Owen to compete in all competitions in the new season.

Live broadcast on September 21 according to Canada’s Globe and Mail, the Canadian federal government is expected to stop the vaccine enforcement order before September 30, which will allow foreigners who have not been vaccinated to enter Canada.

Last season, Owen was unable to play at the home court of the Raptors because he was not vaccinated against the new crown.

With both the United States and Canada canceling the vaccine enforcement order, Owen is expected to play all games in all NBA cities in the new season.
