Jue Ji: marcanin may return to Finland for military service at the end of next season

Live broadcast on September 23 according to Eric Walden, a reporter from Salt Lake City Forum, marcanin is considering going back to Finland for military service at the end of next season.

Walden said that Finland required its male citizens to perform compulsory military service for 6-12 months, between 18-30 years old. Malcanin has lived and worked in the United States since he was 18 years old, and he has not yet completed this regulation.

“Since I work in America, I can postpone it. The specific time has not been decided yet.” Malcanin said in an interview, “I postponed it again this year because the date that should have started was our penultimate regular season and the season was still going on, but the regulations require me to be present in person from the first day.”

The Cavaliers entered the play-off game last season. If the Cavaliers advance, they will play the playoffs. Marcanin postponed the military service plan considering this point.

“I can probably guess what will happen in the future. I should do it before I am 30 years old. I am trying to find a time when I can perform military service. But for now, I am very happy to continue playing NBA next season.”

Walden said that if the Jazz performed badly next season and malcanin didn’t have a match task at the end of the season, he would probably not stay in Utah until the end of the season.
