During the off-season this year, weimes signed a one-year contract with Shanxi men’s basketball.
Weims’ CBA career played for Guangdong for four seasons, helped Guangdong win the championship three times and won the MVP of the finals in 2020. In the 2021-22 season, weimes played 27 games on behalf of Guangdong, with an average of 15 points, 4.7 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 1.2 steals.
